Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineering Lead to shape the architecture, development and evolution of complex high performance web interfaces. In this role you will lead a team of frontend engineers collaborating closely with product design and backend teams to deliver scalable secure and intuitive experiences. You will define best practices implement modern frameworks and optimize performance while mentoring guiding your team This role offers the opportunity to contribute to technical strategy drive innovation ensure world class user experiences in a fast moving remote friendly environment The ideal candidate is technically excellent highly collaborative passionate about delivering high quality user focused products in emerging tech ecosystems.- Lead the frontend engineering strategy architecture including scalable interfaces interacting with APIs smart contracts.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Product Design Backend teams to define technical direction priorities.
- Mentor guide frontend engineers through code reviews technical discussions performance feedback.
- Establish best practices for frontend development including testing deployment security accessibility.
