- Control over correctness of payroll calculation
- Onboarding of new clients
- Preparing and submitting the reports for the tax authority and the statistical office,
- Claiming payments from the social security
- Ensuring compliance with personal data protection
- HR administration, including social security (de)registration and preparation of various documents
- Supervising and training junior staff
- Other tasks, ordered by superior.
- At least 5 years previous experience with Payroll calculations
- Strong knowledge of local payroll legislation is mandatory;
- Hands-on mentality and drive for improvements
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
- Analytical and systematical approach to work;
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines;
- Diligence in performing work;
- High motivation and team spirit.
- Good command of English (both verbal and written)

As the Senior Payroll Specialist, you will stand as pivotal team member in our HRP team in Slovenia. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll cycle for designated portfolio of clients. You will also assist the team with complex tasks, ensuring TMF's clients are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations across payroll. Furthermore, you will also train and supervise our junior team members and contribute to other's development.
