As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Slovenian-speaking customers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly, thus enhancing their overall experience with our gaming platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through live chat, email, and phone for our Slovenian-speaking clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers in utilizing our gaming services effectively, contributing to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions within our systems for effective follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovenian and good command of English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture.
• A keen interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
