Hello, my name is Angelica, 29 years old and living in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I am originally from Scotland but grew up in Germany so I am a native speaker of German & English. I have lived in England, South Korea, Belgium, India and Portugal and have gained experience in this industry all over the world. I have had 9+ years of experience working in call centres including the likes of Google, Expedia, Nikon and Microsoft which is also my current employer. I can work 25-35hrs a week, mostly afternoon, nights & weekends. I do have several experience which vary from technical support to sales experience to tourism. Amadeus Training is also available.  I am fluent in: English, German, Cantonese & Korean. Not so fluent in French & Latin.
